The Touriga Nacional, Sousão, and Tinta Roriz grapes for the Cevêr Reserva cuvée are sourced from the Baixo Corgo. This is the coolest of the three sub-regions of the Douro Valley. Wines produced here often have a firmer tannic frame and fresher acidity, as is the case here. Complex fruit and spice aromas are joined by savoury undertones on the palate.
